Child ID theft forum to be held

Bulgarian pleads guilty in child ID theft case

A Bulgarian man who used a stolen name to work for Oregon’s state liquor agency has pleaded guilty to passport fraud and aggravated identity theft. The stolen identity was of a slain Ohio boy.
