So if I sign up for Lifelock and someone tries to steal my identity and succeeds, they’ll cover up to a million dollars of it? How many times have they actually had to do that?
It’s something like .01% of their nearly 1.5 million customers. Compare that to the 3% incidence rate in the general population. Each of those customers received complete satisfaction. If you’d like further information, check LifeLock out with the BBB and you’ll see that any complaints have been immediately, and satisfactorily resolved.
I did a lot of research after my ID was stolen–better late than never–and some companies had good services, but no financial backing. That’s why we got LifeLock.
